How Did The HCG Diet Come About?

diet pillsImagine you were to put just a small amount of fuel into a car and then forced the car to work that bit harder in order to use the last amounts of fuel in the tank before adding more fuel to continue onward. With this method, you will add "fuel" to your body several times throughout the day, kick-starting your metabolism to work that little bit harder for you.

It is claimed that the magic behind the diet plan is the chemical breakdown that takes place after consuming the foods the way in which they are combined. But the diet plan has never been endorsed by any author or book. Hence, there is no scientific evidence to prove the same. Moreover, the diet allows the dieter to consume no more than 1000 calories per day. Being a diet of merely 3 days, without any physical activity, there are few chances one might lose any fat after following the diet. And the weight loss that is generally seen by dieters is nothing but water loss.

Many fad diets eliminate one or more of the major food groups, resulting in an unsustainable lifestyle and possibly even damaging your health. The only diet which can work is balanced and consists of reduced quantities of lean proteins, nuts, seeds, healthy monounsaturated fats and unlimited raw green vegetables. The key is to eat healthy quantities of green leafy vegetables such as spinach and spring mix so you become full. Resist the natural urge to eat processed and refined foods which are laden with calories and have been stripped of nutrients.

Take a simple example of your vehicle. If you put contaminated fuel in your vehicle, would you expect optimum performance? Your answer definitely would be €no'. Now, consider food as fuel box of your body and if you put into unhealthy food, then how you can expect optimum performance. Good health is the derivative of healthy diet and nutritional food. Healthy diet and nutritional food also help in maintaining a healthy weight which in turn helps to clear out major issues of back problem, preventing many other health issues and healing from injuries. Remember, your bones, muscles and all other structural part of your body require good nutrition and vitamins to stay strong enough to support your whole body and to carry out their normal functions.

The dieter does not hit a "wall" or plateau, and in fact, can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. When you compare diet plans like this you can see that there is quite a variety. I believe they all work. You have to determine what you want and what one will work best for you.

The first step in a diet and exercise program is usually determining what kind of diet to use. There are a lot of choices. Whether it's calories, carbohydrates, or fat, there's a "counting" diet for that. You can also simply the calorie, carb, and fat counting with diets that include a number system, making it easier to keep track of your day's intake. There are also diet systems that actually send your preproportioned meals right to you every week. Regardless of your preference, the diet systems are almost limitless.

Not to say that it was a complete waste of money and time. This knowledge isn't exactly well known or well practiced by students or professionals. I am guilty myself of choosing coffee as a balanced breakfast and take out pizza and other frozen entrees for times sake.
